I was looking through images of work today. I know lots of writers have interesting workspaces, mine is purely functional: no window, a computer, a good light, a comfy chair. loved this painting by Carl Larsson called Sewing Girl. Think I might start myself a thread images of #peopleatwork 1 of 20.

The man, wearing a lumberjack shirt, jeans, boots and a safety helmet, is a third of the way from the right. He is leaning forward holding a long slender tool whose tip is just out of sight. Close inspection shows the red and black gas hoses and triple tubes of an oxy-acetylene cutter.
