Wooden structure in the process of being built. It measures about 5 feet tall by 4 feet wide and 3 feet deep. It will hold a large mini fridge and has shelves for pantry food items.
We are less than 2 weeks away from our #CommunityFridge and #PeriodPantry launch in #Reisterstown. The shelter pantry should be delivered within the week. Starting to think about how we'll decorate it. Paint? Mural? Mosaics?

There is a large window in the door and inside there are a number of menstrual products inside. There are two stickers on the window. One says "Hello Period" which is the org that built the pantry. The other sticker has pictures of a pad and a tampon on it with the words "Take what you need, donate if you can" written around it. In the middle it says "Bleed with dignity".
Restocked our #PeriodPantry today after a donation of period panties from Knix and a recent donation of pads from United Way. I love me a low-barrier, minimal commitment way of practicing #MutualAid!
