Decided to try making a "hard/strong cider" in my #pinter and it just moved to the Conditioning Stage, so I had to try it of course. Basic recipe is From-Concentrate Apple Juice, and I used Raspberry Juice for flavor. A packet of wine/cider yeast and ferment.
It tastes wonderful!

Twenty year veteran of homebrewing and I bought into the Pinter gimmick. Stunningly, it makes good beer! Not great beer, but I didn't spend most of my Saturday making it and, while it's only 1.5g, that's about the right amount for me at this point.

A kind of Alaska was a great play by Harold #Pinter about sleeping sickness. I’ve never been to #Alaska so can’t say whether it works as a metaphor, but I always think of baked Alaska and to describe this nebulous winter time when things are cancelled or postponed and we’re in winter lockdown!

As an early Christmas gift, my Mom got a Pinter with their crazy #blackfriday deal, so I'm brewing my first beer. It's pretty simple, but it requires patience as everything brews/ferments/etc, and it's now entered the final stage, which I'll be tapping on the 29th!! I'm pretty excited #pinter
