Gnarly wiring on the 10x5x5 #PixelBlaze LED cube. I really need to find time to solder this so I don’t need to constantly fix when someone moves this improperly.

This is two fifths of a Fibonacci1024 (slices 2 & 3): 410 WS2812 RGB LEDs, matte black LED acrylic diffuser and wall mounting back plate, 476x303mm (18.7x11.9in), audio-reactive, driven with #Pixelblaze. Let me know if you're interested.
I have one audio-reactive Fibonacci512 HDR with #Pixelblaze available:

We had so much fun using #PixelBlaze in my PhysicalComputing course this semester. Thanks @wizard@leds.social for making the awesome! Here are our students delighting in "Eye of Sauron" during our 2x2 LED matrix lesson.
So what do I do with this thing? Use it as a regular hanging lamp? #3dp #prusa #protopasta #pixelblaze
So I finally got around to troubleshooting my light project. I’m happy to say it’s finally doing exactly what it’s meant to! #3dprinted @prusa3d.com #Protopasta #maker #led #pixelblaze @katzcreates.bsky.social @geekmomprojects.com

Finished the laser cut acrylic diffuser and XY map for Fibonacci Infinity Tile 0. Here it's being driven by a #Pixelblaze by @wizard, running the Honeycomb pattern.
Waiting on translucent acrylic hardware, should get rid of the black dots.
Whoa! What a Saturday at Maker Faire Bay Area! We were so busy all day that I never got a chance to post anything! Here’s what our booth looks like, we’ll be there 1 more day, tomorrow (Sunday) until 5pm!

Another @electromage@mastodon.social #Pixelblaze lesson I've created for my class - this one showing how to identify the wiring pattern of LED Matricies & modify the Multiple Panel Matrix mapper to work with the identified setup. Comments welcome (be kind): youtu.be/WLiloSgWp2g
Curious what it takes to write 3D patterns for #Pixelblaze by @bhencke.bsky.social?

I'm belatedly getting around to showing off this **GORGEOUS** crochet hat the uber talented @alpenglow made for me. She integrated a pebble light string and #pixelblaze controller. It's all powered by a flat top 18650 with a clever charge/discharge circuit […]

Finally revisiting "Fibonacci256 Expanding"! I found a few working LED PCBs in my stash, finished the #lasercut acrylic enclosure, got it working with #PixelBlaze by @bhencke.bsky.social, submitted for approval on Lectronz, and up for sale soon!

Instead of pixels being only off or on you can use a wave function for brightness. The period of the wave is each pixels' radius, you get a much smoother pattern. The #Pixelblaze code is short & relatively simple: gist.github.com/jasoncoon/db...

If you take all of that, use ColorWaves by LED guru Mark Kriegsman, port it to #Pixelblaze with the help of @bhencke.bsky.social, use long slow smooth wave functions for hue, saturation and value, and use color palettes instead of just shouting rainbows, you get this.

Screenshot of the Pixelblaze web UI, displayed in a web browser. At the top of the screen there are controls for Increment, Auto, Speed, and Smooth. The main part of the UI shows a javascript code editor. On the right side an interactive preview is shown.

Fibonacci1024 driven with the brilliant #PixelBlaze by @bhencke.bsky.social.

screen capture of my receipt for 2 Pixelblaze boards, one unsoldered and one wired for X3 adapters.
A triangular design where the 3 points sweep up to almost meet in the middle, almost like petals. The middle has another triangular pattern about it it rotating toward the petals. It almost looks like a flower.
I just ordered 2 #PixelBlaze boards for a light up project I'm working on for @makerfaireoc.com & @makerfaire.bsky.social this year. The design is 95% done. Now to decide on filaments and start some test prints. Currently just under 5kg estimated.
Just finished sewing a new sling bag with a 32x18 LED matrix inside the pocket flap. The pocket flap snaps off so the matrix can be used in other designs. The #Pixelblaze controller and battery fit nicely inside the front pocket.
