Wow… this #MediterraneanDiet is delicious. I’m dining on half of the wild Atlantic salmon (3.5 oz), served according to a modified #PlateMethod, with roasted broccoli, squash, bell pepper, onion w/ heirloom greens, avocado, strawberries, and walnuts, topped with extra virgin olive oil. So much fun!

Imho, the #MediterraneanDiet is the healthiest & most palatable diet on Earth. Tonight, I chose a salad: arugula greens mixed w/ faro, quinoa, cauliflower, sweet potato bits & onion; King Bay Glory salmon; and a slice of rice & sesame sourdough bread. All served in accordance w/ the #PlateMethod.

Tonight, I dined on a modest #MediterraneanDiet -style meal, served based on the #PlateMethod. 1/2 filled w/ a salad (parsley, quinoa, tomato, onions, nuts, berries, avocado), 1/4 filled w/ unrefined grains (rye bread), and 1/4 filled w/ protein (cheese), topped w/ olive oil. Healthy & delish! 😋
