When the chicken cubes are nicely browned, add 10cl of water and scrape the bottom of the pot with a wooden spatula to release any stuck-on bits. 4. Clean and slice 500g of button mushrooms, then add them to the cast-iron pot. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes. 5. Clean and finely chop a bunch of parsley. Add salt and pepper.
