Took some time to check all the tubers I harvested last fall and they all doing well! Still alive and sprout out even. Happy to see them coming back this spring. Gonna be a beautiful summer 🪷

Brought many Australian water lily seeds last year. But only 5 germinated. Then 4 didn't grow well, and went back to dormancy, leaving these peanut sized tubers (one is impolitely smoll!!! Wtf 😩). While only one individual keeps alive (pic 2). I hope tubers come back soon this spring.

(it's a tuber of an Australian water lily seedling... It may dead. Idk. Hasn't sprouting anything for 2 months now. :(

Think I can single-handedly make this endangered species, N. thermarum, a dime a dozen here in the US LMAO
(it's already a very easily available plant in China. Just a bit rare here in the US. I'm trying to propagate it more and it's going well).
