Well, I have a laminated piece of toilet paper now. I went to Cash Converters to return an unplayable game and exchanged it for a laminator. I had the paper ready but my dad went and laminated it while I was in the other room and I missed out on the experience of laminating toilet paper.

I recommend insoluble fibre to those with dry/hard poops, but make sure to balance it with things that will make your poop firm enough to hold.
I ate a stack of brown rice cakes instead of white ones. The resulting two poops were the most sloppy I've ever had that *weren't* diarrhea.

So I bought an air quality detector at the flea market to monitor the results of the house water damage repair. The air here is now safe. I had it charging next to my PC and went about my business.
Turns out it has a warning alarm for when the air quality risk reaches level 4/4.

I have peed over 1500 times this year and pooped over 230 times.
I have been keeping track for health reasons and also because I was curious. I'll release a full proper count at the start of 2026.
I don't recommend corn flakes. That is my most important finding from this.
