Bread and Circuses - We CAN do something about Climate Change We choose to fool ourselves in many ways to hide the fact that our world is falling apart and we don't want to deal with that.

Romans used Bread and Circuses to keep their populations quiet. We now have methods of silencing our own thoughts.

Problems like Climate Change seem less real than a new outfit or a comment on Facebook
