Links zegt een varken dat “Henk en Caroline” BBB weer een partij van de boeren willen maken. Rechts reageert het andere varken cynisch: Mona wil dat BBB “de partij wordt voor de palingboeren”. Dat is een woordspeling omdat Keijzer uit het palingvissersdorp Volendam komt. De varkens (traditioneel symbool voor moddergevechten) en de term “zeepbel” benadrukken verdeeldheid, opportunisme en het risico dat de partij haar brede aantrekkingskracht verliest. De cartoon bekritiseert zo de interne koersstrijd en de mogelijke afbrokkeling van BBB’s imago als volkspartij.
