Provide Prebuild Event to automatically update the Config.daml tag In visual studio each time we rebuild and test an ArcGIS Pro add-in one should update the tag.  If you want to test outside of the Visual Studio Development Environment this is required to ensure ArcGIS Pro actually is running your new code vs. a cached version. This need to update the config...
