Exactly. It remains invisible, until something goes sour. (Like much 'womens work'). Why are we not lauding good supervisors? Why are institutional expectations allowed to elide that application of creativity, skill, care, time? It's #PrecisionTeaching, unnamed. If remarked, it's by numbers of PhDs.
