Whenever I see a Premier Inn advert I’m reminded of a dreadful night’s sleep at their Birmingham city centre location, thanks to an incredibly noisy ventilator and lack of anyone on site who could fix it. #premierinn

Why is there always a catch?
My 1st night at #PremierInn at the Trafford Centre was sleepless, ruined by a dreadful mattress. 2 obvious 'body dents' (1 either side) made getting comfy impossible so I told staff in the morning & they changed it for the 2nd night & it was perfect ....

For four nights where I did not sleep, ruining a conference which cost a grand, #premierinn has refunded me a whole £74 telling me they went the extra mile.
Won't ever use them again. I'll pay, more for somewhere else.

Premier Inn really do suck. Their good night guarantee is a sham. I alerted the hotel every single day, several times, to my sauna of a room. They couldn't fix it and I barely slept all week. #PremierInn so they've offered a whole night back.

Anyone walking through the car park behind the Castle Marina #PremierInn in #Nottingham this winter, be aware that around the first corner there is neither grit nor lighting (!) to prevent slips on black ice. Looks like I won’t be doing any hobby stuff for a while.
