The 1st session of the #CAH #PrepCom is over and the ImPact Coalition on Strengthening Intl Judicial Institutions commends the successful conclusion of the first #PrepCom on an essential Crimes against Humanity treaty.
Last week at the #PrepCom for the crimes against humanity treaty, our Co-Convener Rebecca Shoot called on states to adopt a treaty that retains a gender-forward, victim-and survivor-centric architecture - and advocated for the addition of the slave trade to the treaty.
