@cnn.com #AbbyPhillip, Per #MuellerReport and election hack plan called #ProjectRome on just the face of an International project negotiated by #tRump admin is illegal. No intentional entities get to take part in election. This is outside the actual election hack proposed, which deeply illegal.

@cnn.com #AbbyPhillip I'd disagree , that votes were not manipulated, as the #MuellerReport was inconclusive,meaning not yes, not no. #Israel worked with #Russia under #ProjectRome to manipulate votes. They said it went no further , but it went. This was data passed to Russia that Israel gathered.
