読書ログ ヘッケルと進化の夢を読みはじめた。工作舎の生物学本らしく、ふつうのポピュラー・サイエンス本とは違う雰囲気をまとっている。好きかもしれない。関西大衆食堂の社会史を読んだ。超面白い。大阪、京都、神戸の住人ならおなじみの力餅グループ。本書はその栄枯盛衰をつうじて、社会の変化を描いている。初期の力餅グループの店長は、兵庫県の但馬地方の出身者が多かった。創業者の池口力造が但馬出身だからだ。食い扶持のない地方から、同郷のよしみを頼って都会で働く。料理の腕を磨き、親方からの信頼を勝ち取れば、暖簾分けで独立することが許される。晴れて一国一城の主となれば、今度は同郷者を受け入れる側になったり、仕送りをしたりする。こういうかたちの立身出世があったようだ。地元での人間関係のかたちがそのまま都会でも再現されているという印象をうける。親方として迎え入れた以上、結婚相手の世話や独立時の資金の融資をするのが当然という雰囲気があったらしい。相互扶助の温かさと面倒くささを腹いっぱい味わえる本だ。他にも気になる論点はいっぱいある。炭水化物+炭水化物+炭水化物(うどん、ごはん、おはぎ)というくみあわせが、都会に流入する肉体労働者のエネルギーを満たすのに好都合だったという記述はまぁそうかも･･･と思えるような思えないような。外食産業、とくにチェーン店の興隆にたいする反応も面白かった。規模が大きい大阪の力餅グループは、スケールメリットを活かしたセントラルキッチン化などで対抗しようとした形跡があったらしい。けっきょくそれは叶わなかったが。大阪王将のファンにおいては、FC展開がうみだすメニューの違いをよく知っていることがステータスとなる(要出典)。力餅グループにもそういったファン層をつかまえる下地はあるようにおもう。 ## 関連ノート

今日のフリーライティング ## 久しぶりにミストレをやるとなかなか長く感じる。どういうことなんだこれは。全然終わらないぞ。→あれだった。ベリーハードまで一気通貫でクリアしてくれるようになってたんだ。これはすごいことだ。とにかく最近は感想やメモを書かない読書を増やしている。というかそうせざるを得なかった。ButtonかCommanderあたりを最新にしないとObsidianの入力欄が変になっていた。Androidで入力できないとあんまりよろしくない。なんせ出先で書けない。ヴィドフランスで書けないというのはおれにとって死を意味する。(するはずがない)。とりあえずクィア・レヴィナスを読んでいる。これを読んでいて強くおもうのが、催眠音声とはかなりクィアな行為なのだということだ。完全に皮膚=耳をあれにした接触だし。そもそもジェンダーバイナリーからも自由である。あるはずだ。まぁ販売側は男性向けや女性向けという書き方をしているのでだいなしであるが。あととくに身体の性これはからりあれだ。誤解を招く言い方かもしれん。を問わないというのも、けっこうよいことだとおもう。脳でイくんだぞ、脳で! とにかくダウンシフターズを泡沫さんにおすすめしたい。半農半Xの実践編みたいなかんじ、自分はこの本で半農半Xをしった。 ## 贈与の歴史学の感想あんまり細かいディテールについてはメモを取っていない。こういう歴史の本はディティールが大切なのだが。贈与や互酬性といえば最近のホットワードである。相互扶助を基調として、資本主義からの離脱を志向するタイプのエッセイ、評論を見たことある人は多いのではないだろうか。本書は、とくに政治的な含みはないのだろうけど、結果としてそういった風潮に冷水を浴びせている。贈与はすぐに商契約の亜種に化けるのだ。
