Addendum - given the warehouse settings, human trafficking plot, and Milla's aforementioned ex-soldier backstory, I don't think it's too far off to describe #Protector as "Imagine a Steven Seagal movie if the star wasn't sleepwalking through the whole thing."
#Protector is the best Milla Jovovich action flick in years, with Milla's ex-soldier going full mama grizzly to rescue her kidnapped daughter. Excellent gunplay and fight scenes orchestrated by OG Liu Kang Ho-Sung Pak, and a clever (albeit heartbreaking) twist.

Resident Evil are still my favorites.
65"26 #Protector what a list of producers. Wonky script & acting aside, MillaJ still gots the sauce. The action is decent enough, wish it went harder with more worthwhile fights. Not much to say about the story or the ensemble but glad to see more Asians as supporting & extras.
