A pavilion of sorts, with a peaked rook and simply an overhead shelter from heat/sun, rain, snow. No walls, made of trees (lumber) local to the site, which is Vashon Island in King County in Washington the state not D. C. Picnic tables are kept to the side so that other users — such as those doing physical activity movement — can enjoy the shelter. There should be more of these in more places.
This brilliant structure exists in King County, WA, US of A. It offers shelter from rain & snow, creates respite in form of #shade when the sun is intense, & allows for outdoor #PhysicalActivity, too. More of these in the #PublicRealm!
