Several boneless chicken thighs on a round grill. They are gathered together away from the charcoal to cook indirectly. These chicken thighs have been smoked to perfection as only a southerner could.
Just took these boneless chicken thighs off the grill and put some pork chops on.

Roughly 8 hours later and the beef is done. Waiting for the sides to get done. If you're not used to BBQ it might look too dark, but that's just from the smoke. Guaranteed to be juicy and delicious.

2 large pieces of beef in a foil pan on a countertop. The 2 pieces have visibly different seasoning on them.
Aight y'all I got 8 lbs of beef about to go on. It'll be smoking in the charcoal until this afternoon. I seasoned the 2 pieces 2 different ways.
