It is designed for economists, social scientists, and data scientists to study qualitative data at scale. Quantitative and qualitative studies measure different things. Quantitative measures: quantity, amount, scale. Subjective examples: NPS, satisfaction survey. Empirical examples: cart abandonment, GPS trace. Qualitative measures: patterns, regularities, differences. Subjective examples: stories, anecdotes. Empirical examples: details of cognition in context.
Help your team understand that #QualitativeData is not "small sample size", but powerful context that recognizes variety and complexity.
It adds insights that your org needs, because #BigData tends to normalize variety into one number. Quant + Qual
Interior cognition research creates detailed #QualitativeData that reveals assumptions. It's as empirical and reproducible as #QuantitativeData.
