Going clockwise from the upper left, Momotaro is swinging around Quote with a cheerful expression. Quote is a bit surprised. Then there’s Momotaro giving Quote a piggy back ride. They seem to be content. Under the two bubbles is a moment of the boys sleeping together, with Quote resting on Momotaro’s back. Under all the bubbles is a very confused Sue. She is thinking of the fact that Quote probably weighs around 195 kg (or ~430 lbs).
You know what Sue? I don’t know how Momotaro manages Quote’s weight.
