The ELIXIR metabolomics community is tackling challenges in data standards, metadata, and integration across omics. The new RCI-M project brings 11 labs together to boost reproducibility and interoperability with semantic models and better reporting.

I am attending (online) the #RCIM #ELIXIRMetabolomics #MetabolomicsCommunity kickoff meeting. @tgx_um has a role in this @elixir_europe Science Tier grant related to semantic technologies (links to @bridgedb and @wikipathways, etc) and outreach (FAIR Cookbook, OER)
