Same here I suffer from low iron levels last blood test the ferritin was 23 so it's off to have an iron infusion as Iron tablets are useless
I'd say to anyone in Australia if you're healthy then just go & donate blood
Just knowing your donation is going to save 3 lives is the best

Today I gave a whole blood donation with the American Red Cross in Rockville, Maryland. . There is a shortage of blood in blood banks. I ask everyone eligible, to please donate blood. #redcrossblood #redcross #giveblood #blooddonor .
