#Reform are failing badly at running Councils.

Promises: root out waste/"woke" spending & lower council tax.

Reality:
- found no waste or "woke" spending to cut
- raised council tax mostly by max 5%
- plans to shut council care homes

And lost lots of Cllrs (sacked/resigned/defected) #ReformFail

Reform gained control of Kent County Council in May 2025 winning 57/81 seats.

It's now November 2025, 6 months later, and Reform have 48 Cllrs due to resignations and defections.

If this continues at same pace, they'll lose their majority by May 2026! #ReformFail #KentChaos
