Two more sections complete. Switched to PrusaSlicer as I the brim/support missing layers bug in Slic3r was causing me issues. 35 hours of print time and I haven't done the big bits yet 😁

As a method of PCB production it's absolutely inefficient.
I wonder how the two compare in terms of extra steps for a #reprap to make its own PCB - raw input is 'just' 2 3D prints, copper foil and some glue. 2-3 assembly steps. The milling process is basic, could be attached to any 3D printer.

This is a very creative and new-to-me way to make a #PCB with a #3dprinter.
It won't be efficient for every task, but it's very in line with #RepRap #3dprinting - a printer that can make its own parts.

I messed up my #prusa #reprap after I attempted an ABS print. The … ABS tooling that holds the PINDA bed level sensor softened, sagged, & then interfered with the pront in progress.
I might send the stl of that thing off somewhere to reprint it in a high-temp material, since ABS is as hot as I go.

I wanted to reduce the height of my caravan chimney stack while it was under cover. 3D printed a Truma cap (designed by Jan Bielawski). My first threaded object and it fits perfectly.

3D printed part to hold an E3D V5 nozzle, BLTouch, and 50mm fan duct on an old Prusa i3.
It's not the prettiest part but it should do the job of getting the old Prusa i3 up and running! Maybe I'll do a little more refinement and remove some of the excess… #RepRap #3DPrinting #CAD
