After creating in #Resonite (= YadNi's Junkyard VR2.0 =), a total LOVE Letter to the platform, i have felt dismissed, put aside and ignored.
3 Months after it's opening, it has received less than 15 visits. After having felt alive again, it was like i was hearing nails being hammered in my coffin.

It is my town before it was destroyed by German bombings during WWII at 70%.
I have always dreamed of visiting it so i am recreating it. I am an old Dinosaur of Creation. I hope some day i will be able to bring it to the youth of #resonite.

THIS is what i wanted to be able to do on #resonite, build for "real". But it is so clumsy to do that there i have to sketch on my faithful #Taggrid before to rework each bit in Blender to at last import in Resonite.
You can NOT Hollow, Twist, Snap rotate, Sheer, Dimple and more there.

This is not in #resonite, unfortunately, but it is definitely on #Taggrid, a 20+ years old tech that allows live building with Primitives since 2004 when it all started in #secondlife.
My pictures are now placed on the map according to where they were taken and their angles.

I do rent some storage space in #resonite, but this beautiful display of all my maps and pictures would be a real pain to put in place there, this is why my good old #Taggrid is being so helpful to do my work with a worlkflow i started to master over two decades ago.

Documenting is an important part of any creative process, this is a few years of doing so, all done by brain and hands with no IA.

Since it is impossible to do a proper sketching with basic Primitives in #resonite, i am back to my first love #Taggrid and it's wonderful builder tools to recreate my town pre WWII. It was bombed and destroyed at 70%.
It all begins with a good map, this one is a mix i created myself.
