ÁMBITO DE TRABAJO:
Stop Sida es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que desde el año 1986 se dedica a la promoción de la salud sexual desde y para la comunidad LGTB+ y de mujeres trans y hombres que ejercen el trabajo sexual. Así mismo, colaboramos con otras entidades a nivel local, autonómico, estatal e internacional.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
⁃ Captación de nuevas usuarias al proyecto:
⁃ Visitas a pisos de trabajo sexual, zona del Camp Nou.
⁃ Intervenciones online en páginas y aplicaciones de contactos: contestar consultas, proporcionar información.
⁃ Vinculación de nuevas usuarias al proyecto y fidelización de las que llevan más tiempo, a través de:
⁃ Responder consultas, proporcionar información.
⁃ Organizar encuentros semanales de chicas trans trabajadoras sexuales: talleres, charlas, actividades de ocio…
⁃ Identificar necesidades del grupo de chicas trans trabajadoras sexuales, coordinación con el equipo técnico de Stop y voluntariado para dar respuesta a esas necesidades. Derivación a otros servicios de la entidad.
REQUISITOS:
⁃ Como el proyecto se basa en el trabajo "entre pares" buscamos que la persona candidata sea una mujer trans, trabajadora sexual.
⁃ Castellano y se valorarán otros idiomas.
⁃ Manejo de Microsoft Word, Excel y aplicaciones.
⁃ Don de gente, capacidad de comunicación, asertividad y capacidad de escucha.
⁃ Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
⁃ Humildad, honestidad y responsabilidad.
OFRECEMOS:
• Contratación inicial de 6 meses, con posibilidad de pasar a contrato indefinido.
• 10 horas semanales, preferentemente a ocupar las franjas de 16:00 a 18:00 de martes a jueves
• Incorporación: octubre del 2025
• Salario: 374.78 euros brutos mensuales.

Last Friday the Queensland LGBTQIA+ Alliance hosted the inaugural Phil Carswell Forum. Phil was a great supporter of decriminalisation of sex work and we were honoured to be invited to speak on the Community Cohesion panel.
The Queensland Government announced the inaugural Carswell Forum will be an annual event, elevating LGBTQIA+ voices across the state.
