One of the more interesting #RomanEmperors was selected in a Praetorian coup on #ThisDayInHistory in 41. #Caligula left few in position to inherit, but partly lame #Claudius was there, & with reorganization of the bureaucracy possibly added more stability than any of his dynasty.
