Many #RoyalCommissions have been held during my 94 years and only one has produced results. That was Fitzgerald RC in Queensland which put 4 Nationals MP's in jail. Federal #Robodebt RC let guilty MP's off free. Parliament actually protected them. I hope current #Bondi RC achieves something.

Royal Commissions. Ask any victim of institutional child abuse, or any veteran, or any Robodebt victim how useful Royal Commissions are. They make lots of recommendations that governments can choose whether to follow through on. Most governments don't. #auspol #royalcommissions

Ooh #FourCorners what a crooked bunch of bloodsuckers who have our govt by the cojones, those folks in the NRL, the gaming industry and even the body supposedly tasked with encouraging “responsible gambling”.
Time for one of those #royalcommissions to uncover the corruption all the way to the top.
