Six weeks ago, I changed my morning routine from getting the 7:40 train to the 7:10 due to rail chaos (https://www.facebook. com/matt.hodgkinson.75/posts/10156155133181071), when I realised I could get up 5 mins earlier and shower at work.
I also realised I could jog the ~2km from King's Cross to my work (http://walkit.com/walk/?city=london&from=london+king%27s+cross&fuid=4 24175_512795&to=1+fitzroy+square&tuid=391296_456015&rta =old&direct=no2#nogo).
With one week off for when we were in France, I now don't need to take my inhaler before, during or after the run, and today for the first time I didn't need to walk (other than waiting for traffic) to catch my breath.

I've been a runner for 7 years! My next challenge is running the Cheltenham Half Marathon in September for Sue Ryder - the first time I've run a race in my home town since school sports day!
