SENATORS ( #S128) realize that to be #military / #OCONUS / #expat / #spouse who took their spouse's last #name with #passport that (OBVIOUSLY) would NOT match one's BIRTH certificate, would make 1's ability to register to #VOTE IMPOSSIBLE? Even a career veteran. Please take this into consideration.
