Well, #SB207, #SB208, #SB209, #SB210, #SB211, and #SB212 for starters, along with, I dunno, almost another dozen others? I and many, many others have talked about them extensively.
Votes to adopt the emergency clauses on #SB209 and #SB210 failed on the Senate floor just now. These bills passed Wednesday but failed to get the necessary 24 votes to adopt their emergency clauses.
The sponsor expunged the failed votes and will likely try again.
The bills aimed at making it harder for citizen-led initiatives to make the ballot are #SB207, #SB208, #SB209, #SB210, and #SB211. They cleared committee Tuesday and came off the Senate floor yesterday. The House should hear them next week.
