Throughout a 7-day hospitalization in Vancouver, my partner avoided #COVID by masking ( #N95), used a #CO2 tracker to monitor #IAQ, a #SIPMask to stay hydrated, & a small portable #HEPA to blow clean air on himself while he ate, maskless. He also nasal-rinsed, gargled with #CPC, & used #Enovid -
