I need suggestions for reasonably priced eye liner that won't melt off. I loved the #Smashbox Always On Gel liner, but I don't have an industrial pencil sharpener so it's useless to me. BUT it was the one & only eyeliner that I didn't have to wipe off my eye lid around 3p.m.
