This largely extends from my philosophy on stage counterpicking:

As long as stage elements dont create dominant strategies, a good stage list SHOULD have some contentious picks in it. Mute City is super interesting considering Melee's current meta.

I gripe about Smash Ultimate's stage list a bunch but let me be clear:

i have my problems with melee's too, it's just not as bad.

The main issues with Melee's stage list derive from either TOs not wanting to do their jobs or Nintendo being ogres about modding.

RARE HOME-RUN CONTEST GLITCH OCCURED LIVE ON STREAM!

Saw this mentioned in a Practical TAS video a few months ago, and had it occur while doing a grind for 100% completion in Melee.

No idea what caused it, but I'm now one of the few rare players to have this glitch captured on video! #Melee #SSBM
