Expanded Tools menu in SSMS 21 Preview showing the "Font Sizer 2" extension is installed - the menu has options for Increase/Decrease editor and environment font sizes.

@madskristensen.net provides (among many others) a great extension for VS called Font Sizer 2 and it can be made to work with #SSMS21 preview.
Add InstallationTarget for Microsoft.VisualStudio.Ssms to the vsixmanifest.
