Painter in a boom lift working at upper floor level around powerlines. The lines can be seen with tiger-tail covers for extra visibility.

10 years ago today. Repainting this magnificent landmark building in Elwood. Difficult access for the upper floor and line isolation required - but with spotter in attendance, everything done safely.
