#NTSB: The #UPScargoplanecrash in Nov2025 which took 15 lives was caused by an #Boeingengnepart that has been investigated in at least 4 prevous failures on 3 separate aircraft. In 1980 a safety bulletin identified failures of the engine part as a #Safetyofflightcondition.
