Supportive-housing facility opens on Salt Spring The building contains 32 units for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, who will have access to two meals a day, laundry services and health-and-wellness programs.

An end-of-day wine tasting in February led to an equal parts educational/festive many months on Salt Spring Island, which ended yesterday. A hands-on experience = a deeper appreciation for the modern (sometimes mad!) scientists in the cellar and our WC environment.
