#Sasuga is putting together a full day seminar on #DaitoRyu #Aikijujutsu (parent art of #aikido, #hapkido, and others) in Helsinki, 1st Feb. Their seminars have always been very insightful. They retain some of the oldest teachings of the art. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a great #DaitoRyu #aikijujutsu practise today at #Sasuga. Been too long since I was last there (busy with many things). But today I got several things working nicely and randori was pretty satisfactory. Something clicked.
