As a rule, correct, especially in the current climate of vaccine denialism. I remember when there was enough herd immunity that the odd 1 or 2 people could bow out due to religious reasons. Freedom of religion suffers w/RFKj etc, too. Vaccine deniers cause grave peril all around.
