Most of the casters on my #SecretLab chair have lost their bearings, and one caster keeps falling off. Sadly the one year warranty is up. Gotta love shitty design choices. The casters literally have a gap in the 2 bits of metal that holds the bearings so the tinier bearings eventually pop out. ☹️
