= Bezahlkartenservice [ "Bezahl-" ist durchgestrichen und andersfarbig durch "Schikane" ersetzt, so wird der Begriff "Schikanekarte" lesbar]
Since 2024, many parts of Germany have replaced social benefits in the
asylum system with a new payment card: monthly benefits now go to the
so-called “Bezahlkarte”. Previously paid out in cash or by transfer to a bank
account, this now comes in the form of something like a pre-paid card
defined by restrictions, increased control and racist isolation.
SECUPAY IS THE COMPANY CONTRACTED TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN THE RACIST BEZAHLKARTE
Compared to cash, the Bezahlkarte has many restrictions:
* Restrictions on where to use Bezahlkarte: not all shops accept it.
* Tracking: data on card use is tracked by the state and shared with
companies like google.
* Limit on cash withdrawals: in Brandenburg 50 € p/month max.
* No international bank transfer possible, in many parts of Germany even
no transfers or online payment at all.
Secupay already profits from digital capitalism and now additionally
profiteers from this racist system in a long-term contract, not just to
issue the card but to maintain the system as well.

confronting Secupay.
