The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is on a roll, announcing #HIPAA settlements and fines as the year comes to a close. Today, they announced a $250,000 settlement with Inmediata Health Group, a healthcare clearinghouse, concerning potential violations of the HIPAA #SecurityRule.
