One question I have about this comment: who better to describe an artists content than the artist themselves? I use an app called #SeeingAI to create alttext but hesitate to use it for actual art and do that manually. But I’ll never be able to accurately describe it like what the artist intended.

If I may suggest to make it easier on yourself, using an app called #SeeingAI , while not 100%, it is pretty spot on and you can then make the proper adjustments to make it accurate.
