That's why I keep citing #Segways. They are self balancing so they can drive themselves back to the public transit station after use instead of sitting on some rando's front yard.

#Segways could've revolutionized cities by being the #FinalMile between public transit and home / work.

Sadly, mismarketing had them sidelined as scooters for nerds.

#Segways could have transformed cities by being the "final mile" connection from public transportation buses and trains to your destination and back.

If they hadn't been MISMARKETED! 😱😠 They were just dumped out there as "magic sneakers" WITHOUT SHOWING the benefits. 🤦🤦🤦

#Mopeds showed the way.

Ein gepflasterter Platz vor einem historischen Gebäude auf dem mehrere Menschen auf Segway-Rollern gebannt einer Fremdenführerin zuhören. Alle -- bis auf die Fremdenführerin -- drehen dem Fotografen den Rücken zu. Pfützen auf dem Platz zeigen, dass es kurz zuvor geregnet hat.
