Indeed, it had been a drekfest of a first night stepping on that land. Everything went awry, and nerves were raw from the events that ensued. Duncan: Oh my god, Benedykt... Are you fucking kidding me? The stressed ex-cop asked, more to himself than anything else, trying to cope with his boiling anger and mixed feelings with everything that happened. The troll, who had been quietly watching the orc pacing to one side and the other, barely registered the words coming from Duncan. His own mind was running at high-speed, searching and plotting for the best way to get his orc bro and himself out of that situation alive, not quite trusting of those shadowrunners' promise of help, but also out of many options, if any at that point. Duncan: I think I'm gonna lose it. Those words immediately drew Seism's attention fully to his old partner. He knew what that meant. The orc was about to burst in anger. And Seism knew leaving him in that state was more dangerous to himself than anything else. How many times the troll had to heal his bro after such an outburst in the past? Seism: Do what you've got to do, but make it fast. The troll's words were assertive, much as he used to be towards the orc, several years ago. They had an appointment waiting for them to possibly get their lives secured at least for that night, and having the orc in that state was risky when dealing with a big shot of the shadows. Duncan: Make it fast? What-- By the time the orc glared back at Seism, further angered by those words, the troll had already enacted his plan to disarm the ticking bomb. To be continued...
There were times, when his orc bro was about to lose it, that Seism would nonchalantly offer himself to let off all that rage. Indeed, it was rough, but he cared too much for his orc bro to mind it much.
