making new ones. I’m going to try and make a point to resurrect my #selfdates & hone in more on #selfcare, #sleephygiene, & #socializing. It’s a hard juggling act to not trigger heavy malaise, but I’ve learned the hard way that we as a collective have to heal ourselves + lean into community.
