The dealer who sells and installs the units does not report complaints, and has no contact with #Simrad. The Agent can't be contacted and like the dealers doesn't know how it works anyway. QED. And the same company owns Simrad and #B&G. Both the units are shit and have no backup or support.
#Simrad makes bad and unusable #chartplotters, because their manuals are no good and they provide no #customer_service.
#Simrad #NSS_evo3s #chartplotter does not work and there is no service backup. The manual is nonsense, badly signposted or written by #AI and, incidently, has no publisher's address, phone number or email.
