Saturday night was the first @jetcityrollerderby.bsky.social bout of 2025 and it was a doubleheader. I skated in the first game.

Tuesday night at practice I fell hard. I did the right things: protect my head, aiming for safety gear, and redirecting momentum. Still hit my forearm on the floor. Ow! Day after? The faintest of bruises. This morning? Glorious.
